In September we were able to slow down a little bit. Luke started preschool two days a week. He loves making new friends and singing new songs, especially the ones with actions. Here a picture of him before his first day of school.
We went on a fun family camp out with our friends at church.

These two girls went canoeing
and decided to jump in the lake with their clothes on. It's a good thing they had some warm dry clothes to sleep in that night. It really cooled off once it got dark.

During spirit week at school, the kids get to dress up in different ways each day of the week. Here are a couple pictures of the kids' favorite day...crazy hair day.

The boys and I went apple picking at an orchard not far from our house while Danielle played at a friend's house. Austin invited his friend
Talmage to come along. Golden Delicious apples are so much better fresh off the tree than they are at the store. Yum! We will definitely go earlier next year. The boys got quite a workout climbing the trees to reach the few apples that were left. It was also a full-time job trying to keep Wyatt from sampling the apples on the ground. Yuck!

We rewarded ourselves with c
armel apples afterwards for a job well done. These were the best
carmel apples I have ever had.
Mmmmm!

Luke wrapped up September with western day at his preschool. He was the cutest little cowboy ever with his hat and homemade stick horse.
